Fushia

Happy New Year!  I hope that you had a wonderful Christmas Holiday.

Ours was quite different this year for the first time in awhile.     Down in Florida we had a temperature of almost 80 on Christmas Day.  Being from the North I still can not get used to this.  It makes it very hard to not see snow during this time of the year.

I created this card for as my DT card at  Your Scrapbook Place.  The image is by  SheepSki Designs  and is called Fuchsias  image no 7.  To view this design in the Etsy store, just click HERE.   The artist has drawn some of the most wonderful designs for you!   Each one is so different and unique and is  can be used in so many different types of cards.

Let me show you my card:

MY BLOG: Click <HERE>

I sure hope that you enjoyed my card and please don't forget to hop over to Your Scrapbook Place and enter a card in the challenge for this month which is an anything goes challenge.

On this card I used a glitter Dark Blue and light purple Dsp. The boarder strip I cut with a punch and a few items from my stash. I used prisma pencils, fine tip markers and gel pens to do my coloring.  Have a fantastic day....

Flutterby

Happy Holidays everyone.   Want to show you a few more images before the holidays arrived.  Here is the first one...

Here is a Gatefold Card I created with a design called Flutterby by  called  Andrea Norris of SheepSki Designs.

Flutterby  is on a Gatefold card that opens from the center by lifting on the square.  I set the flowers and butterfly or Flutterby on it.  This design can be used is so many different ways and even used as a decoration piece for a box or crafty item.
This is how my card turned out.

A Band was created to put over the card .  I Used my cuttlebug to cut of the fancy square to apply all my decorations to. Flutterby was colored with Prisma Pencils and the cardstock and other items were  from my stash.  I also decorated the inside so you would have a spot to jot a few words to whomever you are sending it to.
