Custom Party Gift Boxes

I was asked by a friend to create some boxes for an event they were hosting. The boxes below is what we came up with! They can be of any color and decorated in any way you choose. They make great party thank you gift boxes. Oh, In addition to the decorations, velcro was added to the front closure flap, so your items will not fall out! Enjoy:

Button Swap

Hello and welcome back to my blog. I did a contest a few months ago with Sweet Bead Studio's, a button swap. I said a "button swap" what the heck do you do with that! So my partner and I swapped our buttons and this is what I came up with:

My Partner made the button in the middle. Isn't it awesome! This was a tuffy to come up with something to do with the buttons; but, you know me and my cards!!! Enjoy.

Sparkle and Sprinkle Post (down below) Card

I have to share something with all of you this morning!! I opened an email to find out I had won first place in Sparkle n Sprinkle's Monthly Card Contest for April. I sent this to a good friend for his birthday and he loved it. Oh--He also loves old cars. I was so excited that I won. I usually have the black thumb you know, never win anything!! Thanks S&S you made my day!

Cards for Queen Kat Designs

Good Morning Everyone! I have created the cards below and I am sending them to Queen Kat Designs. Had such a blast creating these cards and if you would like more info, just send me an email and I'd be more than happy to answer your questions. My first one is my favorite! I love faries and mystical patterns. There is just something about them that leaves you with the air of floating about. I know I've lost it haven't I? I used a sparkle pen for her wings, crystals and fairy patterned paper for the background. The fairy if known as the Garden Fairy and believe me my garden needs all of the help it can get. Here's card one:

My second image is another fiary card from Stampin Up's 'A little bit of magic." I used my brayer on the background and Tim Holz's distressed ink to spruce it up a bit. I got the little one shaking that angel dust all over her sister!

My third image is a Holly Berry stamp that I love. I hope that you can see the different layers that were built up. I used the twinkling H20's to paint in the color and a big crystal in the center. Oh- I embossed the design several times with gold embossing powder before I started painting. This helps keep you paint within the lines better! These stamps are awesome.

Well I hope that you like my current stamps. Now I'm off to create some Top Note boxes for a friends get together. Hope I haven't forgotten how. Haven't made them in a while. Everybody have a great day.

Chocolate (Dove Party)

I normally don't do home parties.  I was at our local YMCA and a lady stopped me and asked me if I would like to come to a "Dove" party.  I'm thinking "I'm trying to loose weight, not gain."  I went to her house for the get together and let me tell you Dove Discoveries sells some pretty great products.  From cooking sauces to cake batter to drinks like mojitos and chocolate martini's.  Check the link out if you get a chance and look at all of the great stuff!

Stampscapes Card

Good Morning everyone!!!
This is a card I created for a club I'm in and used stampscapes stamps and prisma pencils to color.  Used a brayer to do the backgroud with a big and stamp pad.  Had a blast creating it.  Make sure you check out the sky!  Hopefully, I will be uploading, via camera, soon.
